PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Some products or services may be online-only and have limited quantities.  We try to accurately display product images and colors, but cannot guarantee monitor displays.  We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or discontinue any product. All offers are void where prohibited.  We do not guarantee that products or services will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.


PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received and are subject to availability. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for pre-order items to be processed and shipped. Shipping timelines may vary and are not guaranteed. Updates on delays, if any, will be posted on the product page or communicated via email.


ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate, current billing and account details and update them as necessary.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. Please contact us at 'wlts@wlts.shop' via email and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue with invoice and item(s) received. We would be happy to help you with a resolution.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES  
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If you received a wrong/defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

- Your order number
- Pictures of the wrong/defective item, the packaging, and the delivery slip

Please make sure to keep the delivery slip and also make pictures of the outside and inside of your package. We will find a solution for you as fast as possible!
